Chicken Corn Clear Soup

Chicken Corn Soup –
Boneless chicken ( small pieces ) – boil the chicken in some water and with a fork shred it and keep it aside with the water ( Do not drain the water )
Corn kernels
Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Olive oil – 1 tspn
Salt – as per taste
Green Chilly – 2 – give a slit – don’t chop
Mixed Herbs – if available
Method –
1. In a container, put Olive Oil, once it is hot, put Corn kernels Рsaut̩ for a min
2. Put Coriander leaves, salt, green chillies, pinch of Herbs and sauté for 1-2 mins
3. Put the shredded chicken alongwith stalk ( water) in this
4. Let it boil on low flame for 5-10 mins

Note: This is a clear soup so we dont add cornflour in this. This Soup is very healthy too.

Serving Tip – Serve Hot with Garlic Bread

Saucy Chocolate Cake Fudge

This recipe was given to me by my friend and i tried it today, took the pic :) and thought of sharing with you all....It takes 15 mins to make this and is really Yummmmy

Part 1- ingredients for cake

1 cup maida

1/3 cup + 2 tablespoon oil

2 table spoon cocoa powder

½ cup milk

2 teaspoon baking powder( small teaspoon otherwise make it 1 teaspoon)

½ cup sugar

Pinch of salt

Part 2 – ingredients for sauce

1 and 1/2 cup water (hot)

3/4 cup sugar

4 tablespoon cocoa

Mix ingredients in Part 1 to a paste and put it in the microwave baking dish.

Mix ingredients for syrup (part 2) and bring it to a boil. Boil on low flame for 3 minutes.

Pour the syrup over the part1 mixture and microwave on high (1000W) for 4-5 minutes.

Enjoy with vanilla ice-cream or cream icing :) :)
