Chicken Corn Clear Soup

Chicken Corn Soup –
Boneless chicken ( small pieces ) – boil the chicken in some water and with a fork shred it and keep it aside with the water ( Do not drain the water )
Corn kernels
Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Olive oil – 1 tspn
Salt – as per taste
Green Chilly – 2 – give a slit – don’t chop
Mixed Herbs – if available
Method –
1. In a container, put Olive Oil, once it is hot, put Corn kernels – sauté for a min
2. Put Coriander leaves, salt, green chillies, pinch of Herbs and sauté for 1-2 mins
3. Put the shredded chicken alongwith stalk ( water) in this
4. Let it boil on low flame for 5-10 mins

Note: This is a clear soup so we dont add cornflour in this. This Soup is very healthy too.

Serving Tip – Serve Hot with Garlic Bread
