1 Footlong Garlic Bread
For Mixture:
3-4 finely chopped Garlic
1-2 finely chopped Tomatoes
Sun Dried Tomatoes - as per your requirement
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs / Oregano
Jalapenoes - as per your requirement
Method:
1. Cut thin slices of Garlic Bread and toast them ( try to do Medium Roast)
2. Mix all the ingredients listed in "For Mixture" section
3. Put 1-2 teaspoons of mixture on each Roasted Slice of Garlic Bread
Your CROSTINI is ready..... Simple isn't it !
You can try your own recipe by adding Cheese ( if you love cheese).
