Pomfret Tawa Fry - Goan Style



Ingredients:


Pomfret Fish - Horizontal Pieces -- 500 gms
Oil - As per requirement

For marination:
Red Chilly Powder - 2 heaped spoons
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 spoon
Lime juice - 2 - 3 spoons
Salt - As per taste
Rice Rawa - If not available then grind rice in mixer :)



Method:
Step 1: Wash the fish pieces in running water. Add salt to these pieces and keep aside.
Step 2: Take a dish and MIX Red chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, lime juice and salt. Make a semi-solid paste of this mixture by adding little water to it.
Step 3: Once masala is ready, take the Fish pieces and wash in running water. And apply Masala to these pieces and marinate for 15-20 mins.
Step 4: Take a frying pan and add oil to it. Once it is hot, take Fish pieces roll them in Rice Rawa and do shallow fry.

Tip: This dish should be eaten hot or else you wont enjoy and Yeah dont forget to have this with Red Wine... It tastes Yummy !!!
